    MEET THE BRAINS!

    Logan harrelson, the owner and brains behind our sweet shop! He has deep roots in great bridge, and even married his high school sweetheart! He graduated with a business management degree from Christopher Newport University while being a pitcher on the baseball team. He’s always had a passion for entrepreneurship and this community. In his spare time, he loves to golf, coach special Olympics and spend time with his wife, Madi, daughter, Rory Jo and two dogs, Finn and Lola!

  • Carly Smittle

    MEET THE HEART!

    Carly Smittle, the general manager and heart behind our humble coffee abode. She was born and raised in Great Bridge, and is a proud alumna of Christopher Newport University with a degree in Spanish! Her dream before graduating college was to go to Spain and return home and open her own coffee shop - she’s just skipping a step :) Carly is a bright light and makes everyone around her feel special and important. When she’s not slinging coffees, she enjoys singing hozier with her sister, hanging out with her high school sweetheart, Mr. Todd and their sweet fur baby, Moose.

  • Madi Harrelson

    MEET THE GLUE!

    Madi Harrelson (Logans Wife), former Smittle (Carly's Sister), is the glue that holds us all together! Born & raised in Great Bridge, Madi spent her afternoons in high school working at The Grill. Madi is also a Captain for Life & got her bachelors in psychology and went on to UVA to get her Masters in Higher Education Administration! When she is not at work helping the student athletes at CNU, you can find her searching for the perfect bunch of peonies, making us all laugh, or loving on her sweet Rory, Lola, & Finn!

    Meet the INSPIRATION!

    Rory Jo is the CEO, namesake and inspiration behind RoJo Coffee Co. She is the owners daughter, and she is the sweetest, cutest member of the RoJo team 🫶🏼 At 5 months old, she’s our youngest employee, and she can’t wait to smile at you all tomorrow!
